This document states the terms at which your link will be accepted for listing in Outcast Directory.

By pacing a bid you agree to abide by the following terms:

Link Policy

We reserve the right to make a small admin charge if you want to modify your link.
Position of your link is determined by how much money you bid.
Only sites with legal content may submit to this directory. It is to our discretion to decide if site conforms our inclusion policy.
Illegal content/site includes but not limited to: illegal downloads, warez, sites that violate copyright laws, child pornography, promotion of hate, racism, violence and crime; illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, spam site and any site that appears offensive to our editors.
All Adult, XXX and sexually oriented sites must be submitted to XXX Adult category.
Your review fee will not be refunded if: it is perceived by our administrators that the site with illegal content has been submitted intentionally.
Links may be removed if it violates inclusion policy.
